Our Quality

The Cover Hut offers the quality and consistency that you can depend on.  All of our outdoor covers are made from heavy duty dyed 300/600 denier polyester. Our  grill covers can withstand harsh weather and the coldest temperatures. Other grill covers made from vinyl can crack under extreme cold conditions. We also coat our covers with a water- resistant backing of PVC.  This soft PVC lining not only protects your grill from moisture, but will help protect your grill from unnecessary scratching that other covers may not protect against. We also have added in mesh vents that help keep with air circulation. This helps prevent moisture built up that can damage your grill. Most other grill covers do not offer this! In addition, we also have added drawstrings at the bottom which help to tighten the cover to give it a more secure fit. In the case of our larger grill covers, we have added Velcro straps that allow you to tighten the sides for a better fit.

Here at The Cover Hut, we appreciate quality, but we also like to keep things simple. This is a simple Caribbean Jerk Chicken recipe that we have enjoyed grilling. Don't worry if your not an Iron Chief, this ones not hard to do but drives in a crowd to your backyard. As always, don't forget to clean and cover your grill with one of our grill covers. It's important to protect your investment!

Ingredients:

• 1 Envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix
• 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
• 2 Tablespoons Oil
• 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
• 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
• 1 Teaspoon Thyme
• 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
• 2 1/2 Lbs. Chicken Pieces
• 1 Cover Hut Grill Cover

Directions:

• 1: Mix all ingredients except chicken into a bowl.
• 2: Pour over chi cken.
• 3: Cover and marinate 1 hour or over night in fridge.
• 4: Grill it!!!!
• 5: Enjoy!
